Learners get to spend the day at the V&A Waterfront with a activities in the Museum and international Photo Exhibition, see the Noon Gun smoke and a Harbor Seal Cruise Boat Ride. FREE BUS per booking of 60 learners. FREE for educators.
Museum + Photo Exhibition + Noon Gun + Boat Ride
Through storytelling, guided tours and activities including exploring photographs and information panels, objects and Museum displays, learners are introduced to a variety of CAPS related topics.
Learners participate in a Q&A with PRIZES for all.
Cannons were an important part of the early Cape history and part of the tour. At 12 pm learners get to hear the bang and see the smoke from the firing of the Noon Gun on Signal Hill before their Harbor Cruise boat ride.
