The Team
As an autonomous economic entity, for people experiencing difficulty entering the labour market (unemployed youth, interns and graduates), we aim to provide experiential learning opportunities with the objective of professional integration within the organisation or a mainstream tourism, event management or hospitality company or enabling an entrepreneurial opportunity to become our preferred service provider.
This is achieved through productive activity, personal development, on-the-job experience, structured skills training and Learnerships.
In partnership with Western Cape Economic Development and Tourism, Cape Peninsula University of Technology and FET Colleges we host Interns/Graduates from Tourism Management and Event Management faculties and Workplace Learners (unemployed youth / aspiring entrepreneurs).
Just like a conventional company, we compete to deliver a world class experience, but our social purpose (youth development) is at the heart of what we do, and the income and profit we make is reinvested towards achieving this.
